Mom got me this beautiful off-white coat at Belks today on sale as an early present. I love it! The color is just right, it fits nicely, it's very warm and it's very fuzzy. The fuzzy jacket I usually wear is mom's. Now I have a new fuzzy coat! Mom is going to add a clasp to the top so it closes tighter to the neck. I like that, so I'm even warmer.
On Thanksgiving, we usually always watch the Thanksgiving Day Parade while mom and dad are cooking things. Understandably, mom didn't really want me helping a whole lot, due to having just been sick. James was playing a racing game with his wheel. John is playing the Heathstone beta, a computer card game based off of World of Warcraft. Next, the dog show came on, which mom really enjoys watching.
Mom is whipping up deserts right now! She even made us some breakfast! We help out setting the table. I'll post more pictures later. Thanksgiving always feels like a Saturday and is an awesome time when our whole family can be together and hang out. We're thinking of all going to see Ender's Game this evening! It's been a while since we've been to a movie and I'm excited! I guess I'm not really doing much studying today, after all. For once though, I'm not terribly grieved. Thanksgiving is too important.
My favorites in the Thanksgiving Day parade were 1) Cirque Du Soleil 2) All That, a men's clogging group.
