Mushrooms! I love them. These grew in our front yard. James noticed them as well and spoke of them. I was like, "I know, right?" James said he couldn't understand the people that would step on them or destroy them. They were so cute. I agreed. The dogs on the right are the new ones that John's brother Matt and his wife Casey bought recently: Duchess and Alby (short for Albert Einstein). I saw the sign on the left in Moes and I wondered, is that really necessary to say? They can't possibly have a problem with that. It must be an advertising ploy. People are so happy at Moes they just have to sing in the bathroom. (???) On the right, I got this delicious silk pie piece at O'Charlies for John's birthday lunch, around 2:30 p.m. (Left) John on his birthday at O'Charlies. Isn't he a cutie? I have to be careful to take pictures of him when he isn't looking, or else, I'll just get ones with his hand in front of his face. (Right) Manos: Hands of Fate, the reputed worst movie ever made. It's so bad, that it's expensive, because people have heard of it's fame and look for it. John said he and buddies of his *tried* to watch the whole thing in one sitting. The best they made it was 37 consecutive minutes. We saw someone dressed up as Manos at Dragon*Con.

Matt (John's brother) and Casey's wedding was a real blast. They'd been dating eight years, and we were all so happy to get to see them finally tie the knot (May 25, 2013). It was clear they were happy too. It was relatively small - just family and a few close friends. But we really rocked out. I think I might have been the sole person responsible for drinking the bar out of sweet tea. That tea was good!! They had a great DJ, and I danced to every song. Almost. Weddings are the only times I ever dance, so I take advantage of it, even though I have no idea how. We danced with the bride, did the Petree shuffle dance with lots of Petree relatives and cousins. They did the Cuban shuffle and the electric slide, which was really fun. But the most fun I had at the whole wedding was dancing with John. I loved that absolutely to death. The food was really delicious. They had gone with a homestyle Southern menu. Matt's favorite dish and mac and cheese - they had the BEST mac and cheese dish there I've EVER had!!! Man. And it's not even my favorite. We left late, about midnight, and got to throw bubbles at them (even though that's hard, I know). There honeymoon was in Las Vegas for a few days. They have an apartment in Buford. I know they'll be really happy together. My dad took some pictures today - photography is his hobby and I liked them. :D So, I'm putting them up here. We had some good times this week. My mom made the first two eggs last night - they are hilarious! I love the smiley face.
