My former boss finished the project I had started as an undergrad, and discovered the enzyme involved in the maturation of the 3' ends of the proline tRNAs in E.coli. Due to all the mutants I made for the work, he put me as a second author on the paper. I am so very honored. It is available online for free here. Check it out!

As part of her work, Yun developed a new force tension sensor, to examine cellular forces, and used it to study platelets. Here, she gives her defense and we all celebrate! Welcome to the newest Dr. in the lab!
