I'm going to plan experiments tomorrow. I'm very excited about this. While I was doing other things today, all these ideas of how to outline the experiments kept popping into my head at random! I thought I wouldn't know where to start, but now, I think I have at least 500 zillion places I could start and do great. Also, Katheryn wants to talk to me about the computational paper - she liked it - and ideas tomorrow - and Rolando wants to talk about the Zn nucleated nanotubes - got lots of ideas for them. So I'll just sort and sift and draw stuff out. Sounds like fun!
I got home tonight and John was SO happy! I was so incredibly glad to see him looking energetic and excited. He's super pumped about the Warmachine trip and says he doesn't care what happens to him at work - the trip is almost here! This makes me smile. John has been stressed lately, so to see him so happy was a real balm to me. He also seems to be feeling less sick, which is such a relief.
Tomorrow, we'll be packing furiously at night, because we have to have things just so, to fit everyone's luggage and large boxes of models in the 15-passenger van. On Wednesday, there will be no time, with the Lynn lab meeting and last minute errands John has to run. So, it'll be a busy few days, but I'm not worried about it. Things will get done. That's all for now! :D
