One thing I discovered was how ONE mistake ruins a week of work. Ghastly. Don't let it happen to you! Make sure that you don't get careless by piling on too many things at once - or get distracted or discouraged - and stop paying attention. Both are bad! Until next time! ... *trumpet fanfare*
Hello! I'm sitting here, imaging my gel a second time after staining it with SYBR gold. And, as I have already edited my NSF proposal some, read Bloglines, skimmed research article abstracts and read one earlier, I thought I would write this short post. Look for my post this weekend! Lots of interesting things have happened: going out to eat with first year classmates, research woes, choosing committee members and a great meeting with Dr. Weinert.
